Portal privacy notice

Effective August 10, 2026

This portal processes the account email, an Argon2 password hash, hashed verification and recovery tokens, hashed server sessions, and bounded security events needed to provide and protect owner access.

Brand isolation

The account belongs only to Top Mechanic Services. It is not a Cherry Pear Moody account and is not reused by another directory brand.

Authentication and email

Verification, invitation, and recovery links expire and are stored only as one-way hashes. Transactional account messages use the Top Mechanic Services sender and support identity. Password recovery and account changes revoke prior sessions.

Analytics and request data

First-party portal analytics may record privacy-minimized page and performance observations. It excludes account emails, passwords, tokens, credentials, form values, billing details, and future inquiry content. Our hosting and security provider may process routine request and abuse-prevention signals.

Retention and support

Account and security history is retained while needed to operate, secure, audit, or lawfully resolve the owner relationship. Contact support@topmechanicservices.com for an access or privacy request.
